Why isn’t all apparel available for fulfillment in Europe?
Not all of the apparel brands offered are available for fulfillment at the Europe location. That’s because not all of the brands are carried or reliably stocked by European suppliers. All products are available from the US. Please check the descriptions of each product to see which products are also shipped from the European facility.
Why is my shipping label in euros?
We normally print shipping labels in USD. But for orders fulfilled in Europe, we print the value in euros so it’s easier to go through customs checkpoints and mail sorting centers within Europe.
How are shipping prices affected by the Europe location?
The international shipping prices at our Europe location differ from the ones charged for shipping from our US locations. So, for example, shipping a product from our Europe location to an end address in Europe will be cheaper than shipping it from the US.
Don’t forget that there are multiple factors that can affect whether an order is fulfilled and shipped from our Europe location (including product availability, shipping address, etc). Order routing happens automatically so the branch that’s the best fit will fulfill an order.
What is your return policy?
Are all of your products domestically made?
No. Leggings and swimsuits are made in US and European manufacturing facilities. However, some t-shirts are imported from other suppliers and then custom printed in the US or European manufacturing facilities.
Where do you ship your products from?
US customers get products domestically shipped from one of two US-based facilities. International customers may get products shipped from either the US or a manufacturing facility in Latvia. The origin of shipments for international customers depends on the customer’s location and the availability of the products. Some products are only available from the US manufacturing facilities.
Do you ship to all countries?
I use a drop shipping service, which means the manufacturer handles the shipping. My manufacturer does not currently ship products to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list is subject to change at any time without warning. All other countries currently have shipping methods available. Please see a list of shipping options at checkout for shipping options to your country.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All EW products are custom print-on-demand. Apparel items take 2-7 business days to create. Please take this into account when choosing your shipping speed at checkout. The listed shipping speeds do not take into account the 2-7 day production time required to print your customized apparel.
97.66% of orders are shipped from our manufacturer within 5 business days. More than half of those orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
To calculate the amount of time it will take to receive your item, add the fulfillment time (2-7 business days) onto your selected shipping speed.
If I choose a faster shipping rate, will you fulfill my order faster too?
Yes! All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic (US) orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue. For international shipments, orders with the express delivery method will be marked as priority.
